Fylde Council have written to town and parish councils today to invite members of our communities to provide feedback on the most recent information concerning the concepts for the Local Government Review programme for local authorities in Lancashire.
The government is now running a statutory public consultation on Local Government Reorganisation in Lancashire until 26 March 2026.
We encourage you and your networks to participate in this consultation to ensure your views are heard. You can respond by:

- Emailing your response to lgrconsultationresponse@communities.gov.uk
- Writing to: LGR Consultation, Fry Building 2NE, Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, 2 Marsham Street, London, SW1P 4DF
Paper copies are also available in libraries across Lancashire.
When responding, please include your name, indicate which council area your home or organisation is located in, and confirm whether you are replying as a named consultee, on behalf of an organisation, or as an individual.
