Liggard Brook Assessment of Flow and Siltation

Mr Paul Rigby a local resident and engineer in the water industry for over 40 years has produced this detailed report on Liggard Brook on behalf of the Lytham Town Council.

As you will see from the appendix Paul is already in conversation with the EA and is still working hard behind the scenes. We will be working with all parties to help get Paul’s recommendations implemented and an action plan for a long term solution.

We are grateful to Paul for devoting his time and energy and we fully support this initiative to improve the environment and health of the brook.
