Pop In Meeting - Councillors and Clerk. Wednesday 24th September 2025

As of Wednesday 24th September 2025, Councillors of Lytham Town Council will be holding monthly 'Pop In' meetings between 10am and 12 midday at Lytham Institute on Clifton Street, Lytham as part of their desire to maintain and improve their effective engagement with the community.
These Surgery style meetings will to provide a face to face, drop in opportunity for residents, business owners and interested people to be able to meet with Councillors and the Town Clerk in person.
Issues brought to the Pop In or raised at that time will not be able to make it on to the typed Agenda of the Town Council meeting later in the day, as that is contrary to the Standing Orders for publicly notified Council Meetings; however issues will be dealt with by the Council as though it had been raised in the public participation part of the council meeting.
This provides opportunities for members of the public who are unable to attend the later meeting, or those who are less comfortable with public speaking in front of others or for those who feel that they need more than 3 minutes to raise a matter in order to have their voice heard.
